What the giveaway includes:

1. Waived session fee for a 2024 session ($500 value)

2. Virtual wardrobe consultation to talk about your personal style and access to our client closet

3. Professional hair and makeup styling while sipping on a favorite drink (mimosa, anyone?)

4. A 90-minute boudoir session with posing guidance for all bodies, at any age, with varying mobility levels, and including self-proclaimed awkwardness

5. Photo viewing and ordering appointment to select images and design your custom album

6. A 30-image, 10” album with the matching digital files and metal artwork for your wall

Requirements:

1. Must be age 21+

2. Willing to sign a photo release, allowing Amy to share your images publicly

3. There are NO modeling experience requirements and we encourage ALL bodies to apply, regardless of your mobility level, skin color, disabilities, or age. Boudoir is for EVERY. BODY :)

4. Session will take place February 2024

1. No purchase necessary to win the grand prize.

2. Only persons over the age of 21 are eligible for entry in to the giveaway. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Amy Paine with proof of age and/or identity

3. The giveaway shall take place during August 2024

4. Each entrant can make multiple entries to the giveaway. On August 14th, 2023 Amy Paine will create a voting form with up to 15 entrant’s entries. A winner will be picked at random at the choosing of Amy Paine after a 72-hour anonymous voting process via the Amy Paine community. In the event that Amy Paine deems an entrant to have made multiple faulty applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from the giveaway and consequently ineligible to win the promotional prize. The prize is a complimentary session fee and $3600 collection.

5. Session will take place at the Amy Paine studio on a WEEKDAY in FEBRUARY 2024.

6. Amy Paine shall notify the winner of winning via email within thirty (30) days of the giveaway

7. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the promotional prize winner fails to respond within thirty (30) days to the email notification of their winning, the entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the prize and Amy Paine shall not have any obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way.

8. Amy Paine’s decision on the winner is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the promotional prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party

9. Your participation in the giveaway is considered your agreement that Amy Paine may contact you

10. Entrants may not publicly disclose which entry is theirs during the community voting process. Community members can report infringement to Amy Paine and the entrant’s entry will be removed from the giveaway.

11. The prize is neither transferrable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.

12. By entering the giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the giveaway and the awarding of the prize

13. Employees and their immediate family members are not to enter this giveaway. Employees may not participate in the voting process and must stay impartial.

14. Amy Paine reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway, if in its sole judgement, the giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

15. Amy Paine reserves the right to disclose the winner’s name.

16. These terms and conditions and any matters relating to shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.
